Room Rates
The properties have a "2 person per room" rule. Therefore the pricing, food, and other accommodations are based on double occupancy. We are encouraging only 2 classmates per room. An exception may be made on a very limited basis and at a significant additional cost. Please contact Yvette Love or Sheldon Lane for more information.
Deposit Schedule
We encourage full payment to secure your room. However, you must pay at least the minimum deposit when you book your room. Paying less than the minimum due will NOT secure a room.
The second deposit is due January 16th, 2023. The final balance is due April 16th.
Book your Premium Room $2299 (Minimum Deposit $750)
Room pricing is based upon double occupancy. Any additional guests in the room will be subject to additional charges. You must pay at least the "Minimum Due" to reserve a room.
