Can I pay for my room with points?
You can pay with points, but you will not be eligible for a complimentary daily breakfast for two and the committee will not be credited for the room per our contractual agreement.
Do I have to pay for parking at the hotel?
Parking is free at the Marriott Burr Ridge.
Has transportation been arranged to take us to and from venues?
The hotel does provide a shuttle service to select locations in & around the area. There has not been much of a demand for shuttle service yet. However, the committee is working on shuttle service feasibility to the picnic & the golf outing should one be necessary.
How close is the property to the other venues (golf etc)? Transportation provided?

Does the hotel provide a shuttle service to and from airports?
The hotel doesn't provide shuttle service to/from O'Hare or Midway.
Which airport is closest to the hotel?
Midway is the closest airport at 11 miles away.
Will we have a reunion if everyone and their guests are not vaccinated?
Although we & the hotel will have precautionary measures in place, based upon county/state/CDC guidelines, we cannot and will not be requiring anyone to have the vaccine.
Will we ask classmates to prove they’ve received their vaccines?
Although we & the hotel will have precautionary measures in place, based upon county/state/CDC guidelines, we cannot and will not be requiring anyone to have the vaccine. Thus no proof will be required.
